TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Definitions
    1.  ‘Company’ means Wasp Sports Supplies Limited, referred to from this point forward as ‘Wasp Sports’ or ‘we’.
    2. ‘Customer’ refers to any Customer of the Company.
    3. ‘Conditions’ refers to these Terms and Conditions.
    4. ‘Contract’ means any Contract entered into for the sale of Goods by the Company to the Customer.
    5. ‘Goods’ means any Goods that are the subject of any Contract and shall include any part or parts of them and materials incorporated in them.
    6. ‘Carrier’ refers to the delivery company with the task of delivering the Goods to the Customer.
    7. ‘Contact Channels’ refers to the contact methods listed on the website’s ‘Contact Us’ page, namely our physical address; our email contact, or our telephone number.
  2. Purpose And Scope Of The Terms & Conditions
    1. The Terms & Conditions stated below are intended to ensure there is clarity between Wasp Sports and the Customer with regards rights and procedures in relation to the purchase of Goods from this online store, www.waspsports.co.uk.
    2. All of the Terms & Conditions below are applicable to all purchases made from this online store, unless a prior, written agreement is made between the Company and the Customer through one of our listed Contact Channels.
    3. These Terms & Conditions have been constructed to be Customer friendly, in order to assure that both the Customer and the Company are clear as to their position at any point during the Contract, however, should you as the Customer require any additional information regarding any aspect of these Terms & Conditions, do not hesitate to contact Wasp Sports through any of our Contact Channels.
  3. Terms & Conditions Of Sale
    1. All orders are subject to these Conditions unless otherwise agreed. All Goods are subject to availability. If you would like additional clarification or have any questions about anything listed in this policy, contact Wasp Sports through any of our Contact Channels.
    2. These Conditions represent the entire Conditions of Sale and nothing shall operate in any way to alter or vary the Conditions without the prior approval of Wasp Sports.
    3. These Conditions shall apply to all Contracts to the exclusion of all other Conditions, express or implied, by statute or otherwise to the extent as is permissible by law.
    4. Acceptance of Goods by the Customer shall be conclusive evidence before any Court of Arbitrator that these Conditions apply.
    5. Wasp Sports reserves the right to change the Conditions without prior notice. Customers must check for any variations to the Conditions before placing an order.
  4. Product Imagery
    1. All images of the products on the website are for illustration purposes only.
  5. Returns
    1. We wholly believe that you will be satisfied with your purchase, but should you wish to return any item to us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product subject to the following conditions.
      1. The Goods must not have been used.
      2. Goods to be returned in a saleable condition (preferably in the original packaging). The Customer must contact the Company about the return within 7 days of receiving the Goods.
      3. Before returning any Goods the Customer must contact Wasp Sports in order to begin the returns process.
      4. Customers are responsible for obtaining proof of delivery and receipt of returned Goods.
      5. All refunds will be issued upon receipt of returned Goods. If Goods are faulty the Company will refund the postage.
      6. Where applicable postal or carriage charges are not refunded.
      7. In the event of a Customer returning Goods, it is the responsibility of the Customer to pay postal & carriage charges.
      8. Orders which have been specifically personalised and designed to Customer specification cannot be returned.
      9. All deposits are non-refundable.
  6. Damages
    1. Please advise of any damages as soon as possible, within 7 days of taking delivery of the Goods.
    2. Claims for damaged Goods must be made to Wasp Sports by telephone or email. Please include as much detail as possible as to what the damage is and if possible, please send an image of the damage to our email address so we can assess the situation as soon as possible.
    3. Unless we have notification within 7 days of receipt, we have no claim against the Carrier and therefore we will not be liable for any claim made against the Company.
    4. Please note that all items must be removed from the packaging and checked within the above time scale, please check all contents.
  7. Orders
    1. All prices on our website, leaflets and promotional material are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate.
    2. Wasp Sports reserves the right to change the advertised price before you place an order.
    3. No charge is made to the Customer for Credit or Debit Card payments.
    4. Wasp Sports reserves the right to refuse any order.
    5. Orders are accepted on the basis the Customer has read and accepted these Conditions.
  8. Delivery
    1. If any item is advertised as Free Delivery, this covers mainland Great Britain, excluding the Scottish Highlands.
    2. All deliveries can take up to seven working days, but most products are usually dispatched the next working day.
    3. We do endeavour to dispatch all our orders for the next working day.
    4. Should there be, for any reason, a cause of delay to the dispatch of the Goods, you as the Customer will be notified through provided contact details and an option to cancel the order will be given.
    5. Claims for non-delivery must be made to Wasp Sports in writing to our email address within 7 days of the invoice date.
      1. Please note this is with the exception of personalised Goods, where claims for non-delivery must be made to Wasp Sports through email within 21 days of invoice.
  9. Warranty Information
    1. All Goods supplied by Wasp Sports are guaranteed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty provided with the Goods.
    2. Nothing in these Conditions shall operate to add to, vary or alter the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.
    3. Should an issue arise with any Goods that are within their manufacturer’s warranty period, contact Wasp Sports so we can begin a warranty enquiry with the manufacturer. During this process you will be kept up to date with any developments through the provided contact methods.
      1. Please note the resolution time of warranty claims is not in the hands of the Company, it instead is determined by the manufacturer and their procedures, although the Company will make every effort to bring a swift resolution for the Customer.
    4. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
  10. Law
    1. English law governs the Conditions and use of this site; any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
